Mindshop was founded in 1995 by leading Australian management consultant Chris Mason, as a consulting group specialising in strategic business planning, export market development and continuous improvement.

Mindshop's Senior Management Network (SMN) was established in 2002 following the successful growth of Mindshop's well established Facilitator Network. The SMN has the specific aim of providing senior executives and managers with a low-cost, high-value environment where they can receive the experienced support, regular training and networking opportunities they need to assist them in achieving their on-going growth and profit targets.
