We are pleased to announce that Justeen Dormer has become principal lawyer and director of Kreston Dormers Legal Pty Ltd. Kreston Dormers Legal is an incorporated legal practice providing commercial and private client legal services to Kreston Dormers? clients and the public.

Before heading up Kreston Dormers Legal, Justeen spent several years working for a top tier law firm in the area of litigation and dispute resolution. She has acted for clients in the corporate, professional services, insurance, manufacturing and banking sectors. Justeen has advised clients in relation to a wide range of legal issues including, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, workplace relations, professional negligence, Corporations Act and Trade Practices Act disputes. She regularly represents clients at mediations, arbitrations and in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.

Justeen has developed a reputation for developing good working relationships with her clients and providing high calibre legal advice. When it comes to dispute resolution Justeen works closely with clients to identify their key objectives to resolve the dispute on the best possible terms and cost effectively.

Justeen will be joined by George Halikiotis, a leading practitioner in the areas of private clients law, wills and estate planning, business succession, commercial agreements and general property law.

George has acted for both individuals including high net worth clients and corporate entities specialising in meeting the needs of SMEs. Clients have recognised his "practical and innovative" approach in dealing with legal issues and for his personable approach and understanding client needs.

George has a number of years of legal experience having practised in the Banking and Finance and Property practices of a top tier law firm. He also held the position of in-house legal counsel at St. George Bank Ltd. George is also uniquely qualified in the private clients law and estate planning areas as he also is a qualified Financial Advisor and held the position of Associate Director at St. George Private Bank.
